Warranty & Return Policy
Thank you for your interest in one of the many products offered by Nasteck Mobile Parts. Nasteck Mobile Parts is a leading manufacturer in Shenzhen China, specializing in iPhone and iPad replacement parts including but not limited to LCD’s, Digitizers, Batteries, and other small parts. All parts sold by Nasteck Mobile Parts are through ISO-certified testing procedures and we stand behind our product. Effective June 1, 2016, we are able to offer all our customers “Limited Lifetime Warranty” from the date of purchase.
Return product must be in its original package and condition as delivered, otherwise subject to decline of the return or a packaging fee up to 15% of the product price.
Shipping charges for the original purchase are not refundable. Customer is responsible for the shipping cost of all return products, regardless of the reason.
Non-defective Product Return
All non-defective and unused products return to Nasteck Mobile Parts within 30 days of original purchase date, in Nasteck Mobile Parts's sole discretion, subject to a restocking fee up to 25% of the original purchase price. No return will be accepted on non-defective products from the 31st day of the original purchase.
Defective Product Return
Nasteck Mobile Parts will issue store credit based on the most recent invoice price within the last 30 days of the return product. If customer hasn’t purchased the same product within the last 30 days, we will issue store credit based on the current selling price.
No refund will be issued to any return product, unless it was a Sample Order or a written approval by our Sales Manager at time of purchase. Refund will be issued in the form of company check or to the Credit Card/PayPal account used for the original purchase.
What does this Limited Lifetime Warranty Cover?
The Limited Lifetime Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty period.
What will we do to correct any problems?
During the Warranty period, Nasteck Mobile Parts will replace, at no charge, any displays and/or digitizers purchased that have shown to be defective due to improper materials or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance ; or Nasteck Mobile Parts will provide a refund for the part(s) purchased in the amount of the current purchasing price, and not what the price previously was, when the part was purchased.
How long does the Warranty last?
Nasteck Mobile Parts’ Limited Lifetime Warranty for the replacement displays and/or digitizers lasts just as long as it says. A lifetime. As long as the display/digitizer has not been damaged or has failed due to improper use, you’re covered! All it takes is 24-48 hours of processing time to verify any issues with the display, and either your account will be credited, or a replacement will be sent as soon as we have the results.
What does the warranty NOT cover?
“Supreme AfterMarket” quality replacement displays compatible with the iPhone are not covered by the Limited Lifetime warranty. “Supreme AfterMarket” quality is backed by a ninety (90) day warranty from the date of purchase. The Limited Lifetime Warranty as described above, does not cover any problems caused by improper use, improper installation, physical damage, or any other conditions not a result from defects in materials or workmanship.
For Apple products, the Limited Lifetime Warranty applies to all replacement displays and/or digitizers with the exception of the “Supreme AfterMarket” quality replacement display for the iPhone. The Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover any displays made by any other manufacturer unless expressly written otherwise. Nasteck Mobile Parts reserves the right to refuse any warranty claim wherein after parts are returned and tested, they are conditionally deemed not defective due to defects in materials or workmanship. Nasteck Mobile Parts, upon request, will provide all test results to the purchaser within 24-48 hours of said request.
30 Days Warranty for All Apple Devices Batteries
For Samsung and Other Brands:
We require testing all Samsung LCDs and other brand LCDs that have been purchased from Nasteck Mobile Parts before installation. If there are any signs of installation or Physical Damage, the Limited Lifetime Warranty may be voided.

Physical Damage, as aforementioned, can be described as follows: (e.g. cracked LCD, cracked glass, water damage, cracked IC chip, damaged LCD, torn ribbons, damaged screw holes, black spots, Chipped Color, Tape/Backlight Issues, LCD Bleeding and damages due to improper installation or removal, and tampered, missing or damaged warranty seal)
What do you have to do?
To obtain warranty service, simply go to our website, www.nasteck.com , and submit an RMA request. Once the product(s) has been shipped back and we have received the shipment, we will process the return within 24-48 hours and either credit the purchasers account or send a replacement.
